PartnerScott Davis is a real estate expert with 30 years experience in consulting, development and brokerage. He has worked with special districts in multiple states to secure government approval of municipal bond sales. Scott’s firm also engages in land use planning for publicly traded homebuilders and financial institutions. Scott holds a BA in Liberal Arts and an MS in Community and Regional Planning from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a co-founder of Green Light Due Diligence.
